This free online learning module is designed to enhance participants' understanding of disability in the workplace and practical ways to build accessible and inclusive workplace cultures. 

On completion of this course, participants will:

• have a better understanding of disability and the diversity of disability
• learn about disability discrimination
• understand more about the environmental and attitudinal barriers experiences by people with disability and how they might be overcome
• learn about the benefits of employing people with disability and how to be a leader in building an accessible and inclusive workplace culture.
