Accompanying the video is a detailed description of the training and how systematic instruction aligns with Discovery and Customised Job Development.
In the video, Milton Tyree, a Customised Employment consultant, provides instruction for Jack Kruger on the assembly of a bicycle brake. This is a 16-part model task is part of a Marc Gold & Associates (MG&A) workshop about the study and application of Systematic Instruction principles. The MG&A Systematic Instruction model is useful for everyone to learn about performance tasks and especially important for people who have difficulty learning.
