A recording of a webinar to help you learn about how to make workplace adjustments easy, effective and equitable. Workplace adjustments are any administrative, environmental or procedural changes that enable people with disability to have equitable employment opportunity and work effectively and comfortably.

JobAccess can support employment consultants to assist participants through the Inclusive Employment Australia program and the Employment Assistance Fund. Workplace adjustments can be made to the physical environment, recruitment and job design process, and for training and development.
