Overview
In this video series, Customised Employment is discussed with a focus on its first step, Discovery. Discovery is a process that helps uncover a person’s interests and strengths and identify workplace conditions that will help the person to thrive in an work environment.
Customised Employment is a person-centred approach to helping people with disability find and maintain employment by tailoring jobs to their specific skills, interests and needs. There are three phases of Customised Employment: discovery, job development and on-site job support.
