About the Community Employment Partnership

Overview

This video highlights how the Community Employment Partnership connects people with intellectual disabilities to meaningful jobs through Rotary networks. The Community Employment Partnership is a collaboration between a not for profit grassroots organisation, Belonging Matters, and Rotary, a worldwide organisation of business and professional leaders that provide humanitarian service. It’s all about helping people with intellectual disabilities find meaningful jobs by tapping into the networks and connections Rotarians already have.

In this video we meet Rotarian Warwick Cavell who, through his business network, assists Mike Spence gain employment at the Keysborough Golf Club. We also hear about Keysborough Golf Club's role in the Community Employment Partnership from their General Manager Darren Eckhardt.
