Critical literature review for employees with psychosocial disabilities

This guide provides recommendations for employees with psychosocial disabilities, employers and employment service providers to educate and support employees with psychosocial disabilities to reach their employment goals. The recommendations are based on the findings of a systematised review of academic literature on supporting the employment of people with psychosocial disabilities. It explores:

• barriers to employment
• what employers can do support employees with psychosocial disabilities to reach their employment goals
• the types of support employment service providers may provide.
